* Room Block Space participation and general hotel details. When our room Block Space is sold out and the hotel has full occupancy in this case we may place a top priority request to hotel to release us a room and the lowest applicable rate at time of booking will be extended.

* You may book 4 nights but need to check-out earlier? You are free to go, as most of our participant hotels, with the exeption of high occupancy situations or fair periods, will allow early checkout and charge only for the nights materialized.

* The orginal booking with the hotel's confirmation is diverted to your email.

* Room Rate is quaranteed and in overcharge cases by the hotel, Falcon upon receipt of proof of charge, will liason with the hotel and request money refund on behalf of its member to the hotel.

* You have online access to your booking via internet, wherever you are, at any time, with many useful information, such us destination /city information, maps, weather report up-date daily.

* All quotations request must be put officially in writing to Falcon Ltd stating:-

1. Destination City & Hotel Name of your choice,

2. Room Check In- & Out- dates, Minimum & Maximum No. of rooms,

3. Room occupancy one or two persons,

4. Board room dates required & sitting style. F&B arrangements.

5. Total Number of participants.

6. Falcon Ltd, will revert asap, with quotation proposal.

7. Our member the organiser must sent an official written proposal acceptance to Falcon Ltd.

8. All hotel arrangements, modifications ect., - only via Falcon Ltd

9. Falcon Ltd will submit to the organiser the hotel agreement /contract who must read, understand and accept. The contract must be sent to Falcon Ltd signed & stamp by an authorised person the organiser

10. Deposit: As per hotel's rules upon confirmation a 50% deposit guaranteed to Leader's credit card is required by hotel. Advance 100% full cost prepayment is Required to Hotel a month prior to arrival all Guaranteed to leader's name room & credit card number.

11. If each guest will pay with his own credit card, the organiser must provide Falcon with each credit card. Upon Guest's payment to hotel, the leader's credit card will be waived with the appopriate amount.

12. Also you must declare whether the orginiser covers full cost including all extras or covers only room cost and conferences expenses ect.

13. Board Room sitting arrangements: - Conference style, U Shape, Classroom, cabaret style or theatre style, as required according to board room size.

14. Coffee breaks, Lunch and Dinner menus will be arranged to your likes.

15. All are subject to Hotel's signed Contract agreement and Cancel policy regulations.

16. The organizer has the full responsibility for arranging the travel documents ie: Visas.

17. The organizer will submit all Guests final rooming list names to Falcon at least 15 days prior to arrival.

One calendar year company membership fee 150.00 + 19% VAT = 175. 80 €
