In cases that our room allotment is sold out or the hotel
has a full occupancy situation ... we may request extra room on
release priority basis.
On these occasions the best available rate will be allocated & offered prior to room
booking.
- Conference or Board rooms:
May be arranged only in conjunction with accommodation
- Falcon Reservations are valid only upon receipt of the Falcon
electronic Booking confirmation number or cancellation number.

Direct Guest action with the hotel .. Not recommended
Falcon may not be held responsible of such action misshapenness and cannot not protect the

- Upon hotel check-in: Guest must present the Falcon confirmation.
- Hotel Payment: Direct by the guest to the hotel, upon check-out time (
cash or credit card )
unless if deposit credit card charges apply by the Hotel at time of booking.
- Invoicing: Direct by the hotel to guest's Company Name details.
- Reduce of Stay:
Whilst in the hotel you may reduce your stay if not in conflict within hotel’s
cancel policy.
- most hotels will allow payment for only materialized nights.
- Others according to period may require early check-out fee per room night reduced.

City, Hotel Name of your choice, Check In- & Out- dates, Minimum
& Maximum No. of rooms, room occupancy one or two persons, Board room dates required
& sitting style. F&B arrangements.
Falcon Ltd, will revert asap, with quotation proposal and will allow an
option of
3 working days for clients acceptance.
Acceptance must be put in writing to Falcon who will submitthe Hotel
Contract agreement to the client for signature.
At time of booking & Confirmation a 50% deposit will be charged by the hotel to Group
Leader's credit card and the rest of 100% full cost prepayment is required
to Hotel a month prior to arrival.
All other extras guaranteed to leader's name room & credit card number.
If each guest will pay with his own credit card, the organiser must
provide Falcon with each credit card. Upon Guest's payment to hotel, the leader's credit
card
will be waived with the appropriate amount.
Also you must declare whether the organiser covers full cost including
all extras
or covers only room cost and conferences expenses ect.
Board Room sitting arrangements: - Conference style, U Shape, Classroom
or
Theatre style, as required according to board room size.
Coffee breaks, Lunch and Dinner menus will be arranged to your likes.
All are subject to Hotel's signed Contract agreement and Cancel policy
regulations.
Falcon Ltd will submit Hotel Contract to Company Organizer &
Leader's Name
and credit card must be stated, company stamp / signature required...
The organizer will submit all Guests final rooming list names to Falcon
at least 15 days prior to arrival.
