By booking via our website, You Agreed Not to make any speculative, false, fraudulent or double reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand.

In violation of this agreement or for any other reason at our discretion, we reserve the right to deny access to anyone to this Website and the services we offer.

No information from this website may be extracted, copied, modified and no part of it may be reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means, or by any information storage and retrieval system without the written permission from Falcon Ltd. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited and will be enforced to the fullest extent of the law.

Rates / Indemnification:

All current amenities and rates were negotiated and secured at the time of publication, binded by the rate terms & conditions of the property and may be subject to change in its sole discretion. All information is provided by the participating hotel chains and independent hotel properties. Every effort has been made to guarantee the accuracy of all published information provided to us direct online by each property, but neither the authors nor the publishers of this programme, Falcon Ltd & ABC Corporate Services, can accept responsibility for any hotel errors and/or omissions.

Also Falcon Ltd & ABC Corporate Services shall not be liable for, and make no representations or warranties with respect to, either expressed or implied, the hotel properties' safety code compliance, including but not limited to fire and building codes of maintenance or liability insurance.

Our rates are not applicable to groups and may not be sell or re-sell.

Upon effecting a room reservation, you have also agreed to the Rate rules Terms & Conditions imposed by the Hotel.

Private Policy:

Falcon Ltd is of high ethical standards and respects your privacy. We understand that effecting online reservations involves a great deal of trust on your part which we do take very seriously, thus ensuring our highest priority to the security and confidentiality of the personal information you provide to us with your reservation.

No service fees:

FalconRes.com online e-services, online hotel bookings, are provided to you free of charge as we won't add further charges as your credit card will not be charged with services fee.

Reservations:

Our Online Hotel program is supported direct online by the participant Hotel Chains themselves and is subject to hotel's rules & conditions which you must read before book. With the effect of the booking you confirm that you have read, understood and fully accepted them. Upon booking The Original Hotel Chain reservation & confirmation number is automatically diverted to your email. Our Individual Rates – Do not apply for Groups .For Group bookings, conference arrangements ect. Please contact Falcon Reservations direct or send email.

• Each booking is personalised, valid only for the Guest Name booked.

• Guaranteed to guest's credit card. ( Mandatory ) A valid credit card is always required as a guarantee of your booking ( in most cases), as per hotel's terms and condittions requirements. Please rest assure that your credit card's details are secured and transimted to the hotel only. Please note that some room rates or special offers, may require your credit card to be pre-authorized or even charged (sometimes without any option for refund) upon reservation and confirmation of the booking therefore you are highly reccommended always to check room rate regulations before each booking.

Credit Card Security: Every purchase you make at FalconRes.com is done through Sabre Travel Network Secure High Technology Server, thus providing many security features, such us:

Authentication: assures your browser that your data is being sent to the correct computer server, and that the server is secure.

Encryption: encodes the data, so that it cannot be read by anyone other than the secure server.

• Name changes :
We regret to advise you that no name change is allowed . In case of a name change needed, booking must be canceled and make a new booking, if room type and rate is still available by the hotel. Or call Falcon Reservations for assistance.

• No-Show Guest:
If guest does not check-in to hotel on the 1st night, the guarantee credit card is subject to hotel's No-show penalty charges, according to hotel's cancel policy. Usually 1 night per room charge. You are highly reccommended always to check room rate regulations before each booking.

• Cancel / Modify a Booking:
* For Bookings made through our website may be cancelled Online by login to FalconRes.com find your reservation and cacel if not within the hotel's cancel policy. Otherwise you credit card is subject to hotel's cancel policy charges.
* For Voice Reservations always call direct ( Do not email ) Falcon Ltd Reservations and request to cancel.
* For booking modifications in any case, call direct ( Do not email ) Falcon Ltd Reservations Helpdesk and request modification.
* Please note that all cancellations or modifications are subject to hotel's policy and room rate's regulations, which you have read and fully accepted at time of booking. Therefore you are highly reccommended always to check hotel's room rate regulations and cancel policy before canceling online or request modification. In case of direct guest action with the hotel, Falcon Ltd - FalconRes.com may not be held responsible of such action misshapenness and cannot not protect the booking guarantee credit card against hotel charges,

• Upon hotel check-in :
Please note that guest must present the FalconRes.com confirmation email.

• Hotel Payment :
Direct by the guest to the hotel, upon check-out time ( cash or credit card ). In some cases ie: in heavily sold out or event dates your hotel booking might have required a credit card deposit to hotel according to its room rate rules. We strongly suggest that upon check-out time check very carefully the hotel's invoice before paying your final bill.

• Hotel Invoice :
Direct by the hotel to guest. Business trips: Upon your arrival, request hotel to issue invoice to your compan'ys details.

• Early check out :
Whilst staying in the hotel you may reduce your stay if circumstances require. Please note that most hotels will charge for only materialized nights. However some according to period may require an early check-out fee if within the hotel's cancel policy. Therefore you are highly reccommended always to check room rate regulations before book.

• Correspodence:
We will be pleased to receive further correspence by you regarding our services, this website's contens, further comments, hotel rewiews or any ideas relevant to improve our services to you. However by do so you grant the right to Falcon Ltd to use, modify, translate, distribute, create derivative works from and publicly display and perform such correspodence throughout the world in any media, now known or hereafter devised by using the name that you submit in such kind of submission. Please note that you are fully responsible for the content of your comments. Therefore note that you are prohibited of submitting to or from this Website any unlawful, threatening, libelous, unethical, pornographic, or other material or content that would violate rights of publicity and/or privacy or that would violate any law inlcluding any commercial material or any material that violates any copyright or trademark patent of any third party.
